Same-day cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the same day of the tour. Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours: 70% refund. Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance: 90% refund. Please note that while our expert guides do their best to maximize bird sightings, we cannot guarantee the observation of all bird species present in the area, as they are wild animals with natural behaviors and habits. Rain Policy: Our tours operate rain or shine. No refunds will be issued in case of rain.
