HALF DAY AND ONE DAY TOUR​

• Same-day cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the same day of the tour.

• Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours: 70% refund.

• Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance: 80% refund.

TWO OR MORE DAYS TOUR

Once your reservation is confirmed with payment, we proceed to secure all services by paying hotels, booking guides, and arranging transportation. For this reason, cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the start of the trip will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine any possible refund or rescheduling options. Cancellations made within 15 days of the start date are non-refundable.

Please note that while our expert guides do their best to maximize bird sightings, we cannot guarantee the observation of all bird species present in the area, as they are wild animals with natural behaviors and habits.

Rain Policy: Our tours operate rain or shine. No refunds will be issued in case of rain.

Client Liability & Indemnification Policy

The Client acknowledges that birdwatching and nature-based activities may involve walking on uneven terrain, interaction with natural environments, and proximity to third parties, private property, and protected areas.

​

The Client expressly agrees that any damage, injury, loss, or harm caused to third parties, property, wildlife facilities, reserves, or public/private assets during birdwatching activities shall be entirely and exclusively the responsibility of the Client.

​

This responsibility applies from the moment the Client is picked up at the hotel, meeting point, or agreed location, throughout the guided activity, and until the conclusion of the tour and return transportation.

​

The Client assumes 100% legal and civil liability for damages caused by their actions, omissions, negligence, failure to follow guide instructions, inappropriate conduct, or misuse of personal or rented equipment (including binoculars, cameras, tripods, or other gear).

The Company, its owners, employees, guides, drivers, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable under any circumstances for third-party damages caused by the Client during transportation, guided walks, observation points, or related activities.

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, legal actions, penalties, fines, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Client’s behavior or actions during the birdwatching tour or associated transportation.

Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Transportation Disclaimer

The Client acknowledges that birdwatching and nature-based activities involve natural and environmental risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, weather conditions, wildlife encounters, physical exertion, transportation-related incidents, or actions of third parties.

The Client voluntarily assumes all risks related to participation in birdwatching tours, guided walks, and nature excursions.

​

The Client agrees that the Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any incident, accident, injury, illness, or event occurring during the birdwatching activity or related transportation, nor for any temporary, partial, or permanent injury, disability, or physical condition arising from such participation.

​

This waiver applies from the moment of hotel pickup or meeting point, throughout the guided activity, and until the completion of the tour and return transportation.

​

The Client hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Company, its owners, employees, guides, drivers, partners, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, losses, or legal actions related to personal injury or bodily harm suffered during the birdwatching activity.

​

The Client agrees to indemnify and defend the Company from any claims arising from the Client’s participation in the birdwatching tour.
